As the Behaviour Specialist at Priory School you will undertake Functional Behaviour Assessments, creating and implementing robust, individualized Positive Behaviour Support Plans. You will have students referred to your case load and work with the class team, supported by classes’ allocated Behaviour and Pastoral Support Officer to train staff in implementing the Behaviour Support Plan. The role involves some wider strategic input of behaviour across the school, working alongside the Head of Pastoral Care to create reports on the analysis of whole school behaviour, as well as involvement in the design of policy and training packages, including outreach.

The candidate must have experience of SEN education or residential provision and will be supported through professional development opportunities to work independently as well as part of an experienced team.
