Job overview
Larwood Academy Trust has set out to create an outstanding educational pathway for pupils with social, emotional and mental health related issues. Any pupil who joins the Trust will experience teaching, support, care and experiences that allow them to flourish, and achieve way beyond what previous expectations may have been for them. Their structure is such that they can offer a pathway for special educational needs that can incorporate primary and secondary ages, a range of needs including autism, and a broad spectrum of provision that enables change, and reengagement with education and success that has never been experienced before.
Larwood Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dynamic and strategic leader as Chief Executive Officer who will work collaboratively alongside the SLT’s of each school to maintain and enhance a culture of excellence. The role will be to bring their two schools together as one cohesive Trust – a Trust which makes a greater impact than the sum of its individual parts. The successful individual will put pupils at the heart of their approach, driven with the passion to provide the best education to our young people. You’ll lead by example, motivate, and encourage staff and be confident and competent managing change.
