Located in the historic town of Guildford, the Royal Grammar School (RGS) is regarded as one of the leading boys’ schools in the country. In a newly created position, the Chief Strategy Officer will work in close partnership with the Headmaster and have responsibility for setting the strategic direction of RGS Guildford as well as planning and overseeing the expansion of the RGS International Family. This role will be integral to sustaining the ongoing success and commercial development of RGS here in Guildford and in its overseas provision and will be expertly supported by the Director of Finance and Operations of RGS Guildford and an International Director, amongst others.

The successful candidate will have outstanding commercial acumen, proven leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing diverse resources and teams. Located in the historic town of Guildford, the Royal Grammar School, dating back to 1509, is a leading independent day school for boys aged 11 – 18.
