We are seeking to recruit outstanding Classroom Support Assistants to join our team at our Torquay and Brixham Sites.
Torquay Site
Classroom Support Assistants - Grade C point 10 – 13 £10,840 - £11,449 (actual pro rata salary) per annum or Grade D Point 14 -17 £11,651 – £12,339 (actual pro rata salary) depending on experience and qualifications.
We are currently recruiting for full time (30 hours per week) and some part time (varied hours)
All positions are term time only and some may be for fixed term periods.
We are looking for candidates who are keen, motivated and are able to work as part of a team. Successful applicants will preferably have experience of working in a school setting. Knowledge of Special Educational Needs and or working with pupils with profound and severe learning difficulties is desirable but not essential as further training is available.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. These posts are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and barred list check and other Safeguarding and Medical Checks. The interview will be a panel interview along with a written task and may include other tasks on the day.
All candidates will be required to provide two references which will be taken up if shortlisted but before interview.
