We are looking to appoint an inspiring teacher who will lead by example, delivering engaging differentiated lessons to their students. As a manager, you will play a key role by setting high expectations and working practices. A team player, you will support and direct our tutors and learning support workers.

You will have responsibility for curriculum development and quality management across our education provision. You will be skilled in gathering and using data to track and reporting on student progress and achievements. You will work closely with the Head to steer our College’s journey to deliver excellent student experiences, adapting and responding to the changing needs of our students and the organisation.

Our provision focuses on promoting independence and preparing students for their future destinations. No two days will be the same, so you will need to thrive in a busy working environment with excellent drive, focus and project management. Experience delivering English and/or maths will be welcomed, although other subject specialisms will also be valued.

Our small college provides specialist education and therapy for young people aged 16-25 with autism and associated conditions. We deliver a range of courses including essential skills, life skills, work related educatoin, health and social care and PSE;  with an emphasis on developing skills for an independent life.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our schools.

Aspris College North Wales is an independent specialist day college, providing support and care for young people aged 16 to 25 years with Asperger Syndrome, autistic spectrum conditions and associated conditions. The college works in partnership with mainstream colleges and is adjacent to Coleg Cambria in Wrexham, an outstanding tertiary college renowned for delivering excellence in further and higher education.
