We are an all boy's school in KS3 and KS4 with a mixed sixth form. We have a specialist provision for EAL students, a respite provision for students across NW London, and we are developing an Additional Resource Provision for SEND students on site.

We have been judged as "Good" by Ofsted in our last four inspections, most recently in May 2022. Newman Catholic College is a maintained school as part of the Diocese of Westminster. We are a vibrant and diverse academic community, with an ethos that reflects an inclusive approach to our Catholic mission and to the holistic education of our student body.

We seek a candidate at an exciting time of development and expansion, with two building projects taking place on site. You may be an experienced Deputy Headteacher seeking experience in a different context, or an experienced Assistant Headteacher ready for the next step in leadership. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, creative and aspirational individual. The key responsibilities of the post relate to strategic leadership of the Pastoral and Safeguarding responsibilities school-wide. You will also have extensive experience in curriculum development and innovation. You will have a demonstrable track record of outstanding teaching and learning experience, and will be experienced at successfully mentoring and/or coaching staff through to their next level of development. We welcome applications from candidates who display empathetic and emotionally intelligent leadership traits in all aspects of their work, and who exemplify our message of relentless positivity each day. You will be an inspirational leader with a track record of innovation and academic excellence.
