Deputy Headteacher

The Governors wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational practising Catholic to play a strategic role within the senior leadership team to continue the school’s aspiration and journey from good to outstanding. Following the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher, we are looking for a new Deputy Headteacher who:

• is an outstanding teacher with a clear vision and commitment to Catholic education
• is ready to accept the opportunity and challenge of leading our school into the next stages of its development, building on the firm foundations already established
• can challenge, motivate and inspire pupils, staff and parents in achieving high standards
• is a strong, positive role model who has the ability to influence and support all colleagues in their professional development
• has excellent people skills and the capacity to become an excellent leader and manager
• has demonstrable organisational and communication skills
• can commit to working in partnership with all those involved in the community life of the school
