Our commitment to excellence and inclusivity drives everything we do, and now, due to the expansion of our Trust, we're seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join us in a unique and newly created role as a Deputy Head who will work across all of our primary schools in the Wellingborough Hub.
Why This Role?
This isn't just any Deputy Head position - it's a chance to be part of something truly special. What We're Looking For:
Above all, we're searching for someone with the right attitude and disposition - someone who is relentless in their pursuit of excellence and unwavering in their commitment to providing the very best educational offer for our students. Under the guidance of our Executive Principal, you'll add capacity to our leadership teams, leading and/or supporting on various aspects of school improvement, including CPD, teacher and middle leaders development, behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding.
Your Role:
This role will be as dynamic and diverse as our Trust itself. From spearheading professional development initiatives to driving improvements in behaviour and attendance, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our schools' success. Don't worry if you don't have direct experience in all areas of school leadership - we'll provide you with high-quality training and guidance through a comprehensive induction program.
Why Join Us?
