The ideal candidate will currently be in a senior leadership role, in which you use evidence-based research to inform your decision making. It is essential that you demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum, particularly Literacy. You must also have a good grasp of the learning process and have the ability to galvanise and develop others. It is vital that you have a real passion for improving young people's lives and can develop strengths in others. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
