An exciting opportunity to join an outstanding team!
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Design and Technology Technician to assist in the smooth running of Design & Technology teaching in the College.
You will be responsible for preparing equipment, resources and materials for practical classes and working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with a specific practical or CAD/ CAM focus.
The successful candidate must have an understanding of Design & Technology to an A level standard (Design Engineering/ Product Design) and have practical experience in a technical or design context.
New College Bradford is a 16-19 free school which opened in September 2019, initially with 600 students, rising to 1300 by September 2021. The College sits within the New Collaborative Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust established by New College Pontefract (an Ofsted outstanding provider). The Colleges and School in the Trust work closely together, presenting exciting opportunities for collaboration, support, development and progression.
