We seek to appoint a highly passionate and motivated Director of Faculty for Maths, to join our middle leadership team. The role would be ideal for an ambitious, enthusiastic and successful teacher looking to develop their career, or an existing curriculum leader with a track record of high achievement and innovative practice.
The successful candidate will be able to provide strong strategic leadership and continue to drive forward the standards of teaching and learning. With responsibility for raising standards and driving improvement, you will be ambitious for our students and community, and fully support our school ethos and values.

The Hart School an oversubscribed school that is situated in a pleasant residential area on the edge of Cannock Chase. We offer a stimulating environment that enables every learner to progress and flourish.

The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.
We are part of the growing Creative Education Trust and work closely with a family of schools to raise standards and to enable students to achieve their potential, thereby ensuring students are given the educational opportunity of a lifetime.
