Victoria Road Primary are looking to appoint a new Early Years Lead to our team. This is an exciting position in a school with a thriving nursery.
Candidates should have:
- Successful experience of early years leadership
- Understanding of child development from 2 years
- Understanding of high-quality teaching and learning strategies in the EYFS, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve
- Enthusiasm to work collaboratively with LAT colleagues and Early Years leads
