Job overview
Ford Primary School are looking to appoint a new Early Years Lead to our team. This is an exciting position in a school with a thriving nursery.
Candidates should have:
- Successful experience of early years leadership
- Understanding of child development from 2 years
- Understanding of high-quality teaching and learning strategies in the EYFS, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve
- Enthusiasm to work collaboratively with LAT colleagues and Early Years leads
Ford primary school is a very popular, one form entry in the heart of Plymouth. With around 210 children from Nursery to Year 6, we pride ourselves on being a family centred school, with many parents and grandparents having attended.
