(Full time – but can be 0.8 FTE for the first 12 months, then full time thereafter)

MPS or UPS salary scale £30,000 - £46,525 per annum

We are seeking someone to work with us to secure the very best outcomes for students at our school.

Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply. We offer a structured, supportive and personalised ECT induction with support from a mentor and training. Bespoke professional development will be provided. 

In return, we can offer you a school and senior leadership team who will encourage you and allow you to play an active part in our continued school improvement. Our students are enthusiastic about English, keen to learn and demonstrate excellent conduct, behaviour and attitudes to learning. In addition, we have a team of dedicated and enthusiastic teachers and Lead Practitioners and excellent resources. 

The successful applicant will be joining us at a very exciting time. We are currently adding a sixth form to our educational provision to begin in September 2024. This brings with it numerous opportunities for continued development. Therefore, an ability to teach the subject beyond age 16 would be an advantage.
