Job overview
Role & Responsibilities:
l Teaching and supporting primary students basic English in small class size with a main English teacher.
l Teaching phonics, blending, reading and speaking.
l Preparation of class materials & teaching aids (structured lesson plans, course syllabus, materials are provided)
l Contract Period: 1 June to 28 June 2024
- The contract can be renewed after initial contract for upcoming academic school year according to the teacher’s intention and school’s decision.
l Working location: Sai Wan Ho
l Working days and hours: 9am-10am Monday to Friday, 9am-11am Wednesdays (6 hours a week)
Requirements:
1. Required
l Native level speaker of English with minimum bachelor’s degree
l Minimum 1-year experience at a School as a Teaching Assistant
l Good communication and interpersonal skills – Responsible, well-organized, stable and punctual
l Must have a HK Permanent ID Card or dependant visa
2. Preferred
l Primary English Education degree
l TESOL/ CELTYL Certification
l Experience as an English teacher at a School
