We are seeking a part time Faculty Admin Assistant to join us in a fast paced role with a great opportunity to apply your skills in a school environment. Duties will include keeping up-to-date administrative systems within the Academy to bring about continuous and effective delivery of service to students and providing an efficient reception service.
The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised, resourceful, adaptable, flexible and innovative in demanding and difficult situations. They must demonstrate professionalism, tact, and complete discretion, and have the ability to interact easily and comfortably in any environment, with strong interpersonal skills, and good oral and written communication.
