The School is looking to appoint an outstanding Head of Academic Operations from September 2024 or January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join the School’s Academic Leadership Team alongside the Deputy Head (Academic) and Assistant Head (Academic). The successful candidate will play a significant leadership role in the day-to-day implementation of the School’s timetable alongside managing times where there is a deviation from the normal timetable, such as during Examinations periods. This post would suit someone with successful experience as a head of department or other middle leadership role who is now aspiring to further their career towards Senior leadership.
The Head of Academic Operations works within the Academic Leadership Team with a range of individual responsibilities and supporting the academic leadership in delivery of the School’s academic objectives. The Head of Academic Operations will need to be flexible and forward thinking in their approach, inspiring others to deliver excellent academic standards.
