The ethos is clear, and the school are unwavering in their dedication to it. The school simply believe that every child regardless of background or prior achievement, can be successful if given great teaching and pastoral support.

They place the curriculum – what they teach – at the heart of the academy and it informs all decisions they make.

As Head of Creative Arts you will contribute to developing the school into a great school by designing and implementing a challenging Music curriculum that is designed following a mastery approach to ensure that strong foundations for subject progression are in place, enabling all students to fall in love with the study and practice of Music.

They share the belief that a truly musical school holds three distinct, but interlinked, areas of music education in balance and are looking for a Head of Music to translate this vision into reality for their students.
