This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, dedicated and growing People team. 

Responsible for the delivery of a professional, solution-focussed and outstanding HR and Recruitment service to our successful and thriving college you will be knowledgeable, creative and inspire those around you. You will also be a member of the college’s leadership team and will assist the Director of People and Organisational Development to deliver important people projects that enhance our employee experience.

People are at the heart of our college and our HR team is vital in ensuring we attract, recruit and retain the very best people. As well as leading the team, you will add value, drive improvements in our processes and systems and help to enhance and promote our employer brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to further their career, join fantastic team and make a real difference to our people services and to the lives of young people.  You will also play a key role in helping the College to achieve its ambition of being a Times Best Companies Top 50 employer.

To apply you should have substantial experience at a management level of working in a HR/People department and of advising managers on complex change and HR issues  You should have a degree or equivalent experience and be a Chartered Member of the CIPD. The ability to communicate effectively, build relationships quickly and strong coaching and influencing skills are also essential.
