Budapest British International School is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of Head of Secondary School.
With this unique opportunity, we are looking for a candidate who can lead the next period of our success as we move into our newly built, purpose-designed Secondary School building.

Over the coming years, we will grow to full maturity, adding MYP5 and 6th Form to our existing cohort. Our 6th Form will open in 2022 to deliver a dynamic and exciting programme of learning experiences for our students. BBIS is a candidate school* for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme and pursuing authorization as an IB World School.
Applicants should include a letter of application outlining their philosophy of education and how they think they can make a difference, along with a full up-to-date CV and the details of two referees.

BBIS is an International Baccalaureate World School. We work with children from the Early Years who enjoy the Primary Years Learning Activites within our Candidacy Programme. This is the basis of their learning and then as the children become young adults, we work within the IB Middle Years Programme and IB Diploma in our Secondary School. BBIS is the only school in Budapest to offer a Secondary continuum of IB-accredited programmes: the IB MYP and DP.
