The Yehudi Menuhin School, a specialist music school based in Cobham, Surrey is seeking to appoint an experienced History teacher to teach students aged 11-18 including GCSE and A Level.
This is a permanent, part-time role (0.5 FTE). The successful candidate will be required to teach lessons based over 3 days per week.
The start date for the role will be September 2024 or January 2025 (depending on the successful candidate's notice period).

Located in the village of Stoke d'Abernon, near Cobham in Surrey, Yehudi Menuhin School is a specialist independent music school that first opened its doors in 1963. Named for its founder, the famous violinist, the school provides places for a small cohort of pupils aged 11-19. Aside from the focus on musical endeavours, it also offers a wider curriculum.
Yehudi Menuhin provides boarding facilities for most of its pupils. The fee-paying school offers generous bursaries to help cover the cost of tuition and accommodation. The school is technically selective, with admission dependent on an audition.
