Role:            HR Administrator

Location:      The Haberdashers School, Elstree, Hertfordshire


Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Elstree. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt quickly and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with people at all levels. You will play a critical role in supporting the People Team and ensuring that accurate correspondence is issued to staff and stored appropriately on HR systems.

You will also be responsible for managing the HR inbox and dealing with queries from colleagues across Haberdashers' Elstree Schools. 


Person Specification

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE's grade C or above or equivalent including Mathematics and English
  • Bachelor’s degree (desirable)
  • CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)


Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
