Duties and Responsibilities

•   To support employees during the induction and orientation pro-cess.

•   To support employee visa/work permit/residence permit applica-tion and renewal to ensure the legal compliance; support expat employee benefits administration when needed.

•   To maintain data of HR related systems and make sure all data is up to date.

•   Recruitment and staffing related work, including candidate speci-fication, advertisements, screen, shortlisting, recommendation, coordinating interviews, reference checks, data update & report, etc.

•   To support on the employee onboarding/departure process.

•   To support staff OT request and related expenses claim opera-tions according to HR Manual. 

•   To follow and support the safer recruitment scheme, such as ref-erence check management. Make sure the whole process of re-cruitment is under the standard of safer recruitment. 

•   To support on the training/ professional development for the Col-lege.

•   To support travel plans of staff when needed.

•   To manage the expense claims where is needed.

•   To support the team building or activities of equivalent when needed.

•   To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the College.

Requirement

•   Fluent in both Chinese and English, written and oral.

•   Minimum 5-years relevant work experience.

•   Detail oriented.

•   Multi-tasking and can work under pressure.

•   Teamwork spirit.

•   HRIS operations experience with MNC preferred.

•   HR operational experience in an international school would be desirable.

•   Good communication skill. 

•   Strong customer services awareness and good attitude, willing to take the responsibility, ability to work independently.

•   The ability to handle confidential files and information in a professional manner.
