Join our team at the forefront of technology and innovation! We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Assistant / Administrator to support our Technology Innovation and Development department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services within our College.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee administrative duties, budget management, and IT procurement.

Provide first-line support for technical issues and operate the Helpdesk service.

Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes.


Requirements:

Level 3 diploma or equivalent in IT or business administration.

Experience in an administrative role within an IT environment is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
