Learning Assistant

We are looking for a Learning Assistant to join our outstanding school. You could be supporting a child on a 1:1 basis, or a class teacher as a generalist TA, so a can do approach and flexibility are attributes we are looking for. .

Ideally you will be an experienced Level 3 qualified Learning Assistant with knowledge of SEND and supporting pupils with additional needs, but whatever your level of experience please use the supporting statement on the application form to show us how you match the skills we need and what you can bring to the role.

• Ideally have a Level 3 qualification in EYFS or similar.

The Details

School: Longford Park - Oxfordshire Cluster

Start Date: 3rd June 2024

FTE Salary range: £21,544 - £23,582

Pro-rata (actual) Starting Salary: £16,732 (£21,544 FTE)

Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time +1)

Contract: Permanent
