We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming special school.

Manor School provides an Ofsted-judged ‘Outstanding’ specialist learning environment for pupils with a wide range of special needs, and we have a clear and strong vision ‘love, learn, laugh’ which we achieve through creating a positive, engaging environment where pupils effectively learn.

The school is split across three sites in Brent: the Primary School is on Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise, the Manor School Early Years Centre (MSEYC) is on Bridge Road in Neasden and our Key Stage 3-4 provision - Wembley Manor - is currently situated on the edge of Newman Catholic College in Harlesden. We are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants across all three sites.

Manor School is part of The Rise Partnership Trust and the post holder may be required to work across the Trust as and when necessary.

We are looking for:

  • Positive, energetic and creative learning support assistants with a love of teaching and learning;
  • Applicants who have a keen interest in special needs;
  • People who are able to work in partnership with their class teacher;
  • Learning Support Assistants who have experience in positively managing behaviour;
  • Experience or knowledge of autism and/or a range of learning needs and disabilities is an advantage.
