Minet Junior School is a happy and successful mainstream school seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant.


Ideally, the successful candidate will have a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, or have completed the DFES Induction programme.


Minet Junior School is a large, multi-cultural 4 form entry school in Hayes. We have well equipped classes, with up-to-date resources, and we are totally committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for all our pupils. 


We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• The ability to work as part of a team for the benefit of young children.

• The ability to relate well to young children.

• A “can do” attitude, and belief that all children can succeed with support.

• The ability to use basic technology, such as computers, and photocopiers.
