This is an exciting opportunity for two Learning Technologists to join Bolton College’s Information Learning Technology (ILT) Team.

The successful applicants will develop and deliver training programmes for teachers in the use of online services and technologies that support teaching, learning and assessment. You will also support the creation of online teaching and learning resources, as well as providing administration support for the College’s suite of online services that are used by our students and teachers.

The roles are suitable for candidates who have recent teaching experience, or if you have supported students and teachers with learning technology and online learning within a further or higher education setting.

If you are successful in gaining a position as a Learning Technologist, you will be eligible to pursue a Master’s degree or a PhD with the University of Bolton. The ILT Team’s research interests include campus chatbots, using computers to mediate the formative assessment of open-ended questions and open-source language models.
