We are looking for an enthusiastic, well qualified and dedicated Lecturer Psychology to join us on a full time, fixed term contract till June 2025.

As part of this role you could also be expected to provide pastoral support to one or more tutor groups. You will also be responsible for the delivering and development of courses and undertake a teaching load, which is in line with agreed contract.

This is a great opportunity to really make a difference at Cadbury Sixth Form College to enhance the quality of teaching provision and programme development, whilst drawing on leading practices from further education and other sectors. Your excellent communications skills and knowledge will engage and motivate our students to achieve their full potential.

To be considered for this role you will preferably have an academic background in Psychology along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above). We will also consider someone who is willing to work towards obtaining this qualification. You will also possess a great theoretical understanding of Psychology and its practices and a willingness to share knowledge and expertise with our students to inspire them for future career development. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in A Level and Applied Psychology.
