Perfectly located, this warm, friendly, family village school is home to panoramic views of the coast, town and countryside, stretching on for miles across East Cleveland and Teesside. Badger Hill Academy is certainly an idyllic opportunity for someone in search of true job satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a strong, inspirational leader and an outstanding primary practitioner with a proven record of accomplishment of raising attainment and progress. You must have the passion, drive and commitment to develop the academy further: having the highest of aspirations for what children can achieve.
