Established in 1866, Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, is one of Australia’s most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from 3 year old ELC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, three outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend, a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes, and the Yiramalay/Wesley Studio School in the Kimberley, Western Australia.

With the announcement that Dr Helen Drennen AM will conclude her tenure at the end of 2018 after 15 years as Principal, the College Council has initiated a national and international executive search for another outstanding candidate for this leading educational role.

The successful applicant will have a well-articulated educational philosophy, proven leadership in co-educational settings, a deep understanding of experiential and cross-cultural learning, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to lead this dynamic multi-site school.
