Job overview

Successful applicants will provide an essential front-line service for all customers ranging from actioning incoming calls through to dealing with a range of face to face enquires and issues. The ability to build a rapport with all customers alongside a capacity to use a range of systems to help deal with a range of issues/enquiries is vital. Previous experience of aspects of this service is essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student-centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive experience.

Minimum qual - i.e. relevant L2 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent). Working knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements surrounding student information held by the College. Polite, friendly and professional approach required.

 We welcome applications from who wish to combine work with study through an apprenticeship.

As an apprentice, study will be for a L3 Customer Service
