We are excited to announce that an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and skilled Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to join the college’s management team.

 

The SHE Manager will provide an efficient and effective safety, health & environment service, adhering to current UK legislation and College Group standards, while ensuring a welcoming and safe College.

 

The SHE Manager will also lead on discussions with the College management and staff, including Safety Representatives, to identify safety, health and environmental requirements and determining how these may be achieved.

 

The role requires a detailed working knowledge of current safety, health, environmental and quality good practice & legislation.

 

You should hold the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (or willingness to work towards) and have a proven ability to work on your own initiative, adopting a proactive, responsive & flexible approach to both colleagues, including the ability to manage emergency situations and challenge behaviour.
