School Business Manager

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, child centred professional to work at our new SEN school. We offer class sizes of 6 or less, a real focus on relationships, classroom craft and a great outcomes.

 We believe that this business manager role will be central to the success of the school. We will consider part time and the salary is not pro rata - ie actual salary.

Stone Lodge Therapeutic School is a new independent SEN school for children aged 11-17 near Kettering.  The role is term time plus 4 weeks, with some home working during school holidays.

Special school experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is. Full training will be given and the school will be very supportive of ambitious staff who wish to progress.
