Job overview
We are looking to recruit a School Business Manager.
The School Business Manager, will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of school finance, HR, premises and other specific projects, areas and activities, as deployed by the Headteacher. The Business Manager will be a member of the Senior Management Team and Executive and will be required to make a significant contribution to the overall organisation, management and direction of the School. The Manager will be experienced in accounting procedures, budget monitoring, premises management, human resources. The School Business Manager, they will carry out a range of complex, sensitive and confidential duties, which may include the direct leadership and management of support staff.
The school has faced some challenges and the School Business Manager will play an essential part in supporting the further progress of the school and ensuring that the new procedures and processes that have been put in place are embedded. Whilst we require a reasonable level of financial experience and business acumen but a formal accountancy qualification is not essential but would be desirable.

Pay and contract
The salary for the School Business Manager role will be dependent on experience.
