• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it's clean and organized
• Collaborate with staff to support various school events and activities
• Maintain confidentiality with school, student and staff information

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of administrative tasks and providing essential support to staff and faculty.
