The Science team is friendly and supportive, sharing ideas and good practice in an enthusiastic environment. We are proud of the spiral curriculum embedded across the department with the aim of producing scientifically literate pupils who have a curiosity to find out how the world works and provide them with the skills to evaluate where they are now and imagine a better world.

This department is fully staffed and this post is due to expansion. A Lead Practitioner will be on offer for support.

We also offer high-quality trips including a visit to NASA, CERN and the Eden Project and an extensive range of extra-curricular STEM activities to inspire and motivate our pupils and to enrich their scientific experiences.
