About role
As a mainscale teacher, you will provide excellent teaching of the subject and be a role model to students. You will be a qualified teacher and be fully up to date with curriculum developments. You will work closely with the Head of department on a process of continuous improvement, ensuring that the school continues to deliver even better outcomes for students.
The department has a strong track record for developing staff, their teaching, and achieving outstanding outcomes in a supportive environment. There are also significant opportunities for progression and permanent leadership positions within the school.
