Your Purpose:

Planning and delivery of quality programmes of study to learners who are hard to engage or have additional needs. Teaching is delivered in 1:1 settings and small nurture groups in a variety of community environments.

To support and maintain a high level of learner engagement through preparation and delivery of an innovative, creative and flexible curriculum.

To support all designated Learning Managers with the completion of all assessments, pupil tracking documents, progress reports and feedback reports to commissioning bodies e.g. Education, Health and Care plans, KS3 & KS4 transition planning, and post 16 opportunities.

Be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.

Job Title: SEN Primary Teacher

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000

Hours: Maximum of 37.5 hours per week

Weeks: 39 Working Weeks – Permanent, full-time

Location: East Midlands - One role in Mansfield, and one role in Ilkeston
