A rare opportunity has arisen at Fairfield High School, and we are excited to be recruiting for a SENDCo who will run our Individual Development Faculty.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative and ambitious team, and who shares our aspirational vision for all our students. As leader of our SEND provision, first and foremost, we are looking for someone with the ability to identify, and develop in others, excellent teaching of students with SEND. You will have excellent people-management skills, emotional intelligence and empathy which will enable you to get the best from colleagues for the benefit of our students and their families. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to contribute to the organisation at Senior Leadership Level. Regardless of experience level, the candidate appointed would be expected to contribute regularly to SLT meetings and lead whole staff training.

Salary for this post is MPS4 (£33,850) plus TLR1A (£8,706) up to UPR3 (£43,685) plus TLR1A (£8,706 pa), total pay range including TLR1A = £42,556 - £52,391 per annum.
