What will you do?

  • Provide efficient administrative support, particularly in HR tasks such as data management and audits.
  • Continuously review and improve administrative processes for increased efficiency.
  • Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating job adverts and candidate queries.
  • Manage employee screening checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries and issues, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in office administration, particularly in the development and maintenance of robust administrative systems and procedures, ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, it is vital to remain flexible and responsive to evolving business needs.
  • Proficiency in basic financial tasks, coupled with high literacy and numeracy skills, effectively handle financial records and reports with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate with team members, and convey information clearly and concisely to ensure effective communication channels within the organisation.
