We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and committed teacher of Mathematics who is keen to motivate students, build their confidence and make learning engaging. 

This is a dynamic, well-respected and highly successful faculty of thirteen specialist teachers who work as a team to provide a stimulating, high-quality mathematics curriculum for all our students. 

This post provides a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the best schools in the North of England and would be suitable for an ECT or a more experienced colleague.

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to teach KS3 and KS4 Maths
  • The ability to enthuse, inspire and motivate students
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Degree or other appropriate qualification in Mathematics
  • Secondary QTS (or working towards)
  • The ability to teach A level Mathematics (desirable)
