Job overview
This is a fantastic time to join our Music Department as we welcome another new cohort to our Edgar Wood family in 2024. Our first ever Y10 GCSE class will commence their GCSE studies in the autumn term and therefore there is a real opportunity to contribute to shaping our curriculum so it enthuses and engages our pupils. Music is a very popular subject, and our first KS4 cohort comprises approximately 30 pupils split between two classes. Our state-of-the-art building provides wonderful facilities in which the subject can be delivered.
The school has recently moved into a modern, state-of-the-art building, with stunning views of the local countryside, but within easy access of several motorway links. Edgar Wood Academy have an extensive enrichment programme which will ensure that all pupils are engaged in a curriculum suffused with memorable experiences and rich opportunities for learning.
