Magdalen Court School provides education for approximately 90 pupils with special educational needs. The focus for the school is to support pupils with high levels of anxiety and specific learning difficulties including autism.

We have the following vacancy:

TEACHING ASSISTANT

 Magdalen Court School are looking to appoint a number of general teaching assistants to work as directed throughout the school.

The successful candidates will provide general support, under the direction of a teacher, to help engage and support the progress of children and young people in the school. Working hours are full time: 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (36.6 weeks).

Salary: £12.70 per hour; £20,104 (Actual Salary) 

Experience of working with children who have autism or anxiety would be an advantage.

This role requires the ability to fulfill all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
