Windmill Primary School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and positive Teaching Assistant.

Your opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work as a class-based teaching assistants supporting children in one of our Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 classes. They will join a very hard working and dedicated team of teachers and support staff, who focus on improving outcomes for the pupils in their care.

About Windmill Primary School

Windmill Primary is a one-form entry, in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are located in an exceptionally well-resourced building, purpose built for children aged 4 to 11 years. We pride ourselves in being a small school where all children are known, valued and have their individual needs recognised and met. We grow and learn together each year and our children are integral to the development of the school, its curriculum and the learning environment.

The Details

Salary: Associate 2 Point 1 - 16 £19300 to £22,181 FTE (with some flexibility to match Wokingham schools pay for the right candidate)

Actual Salary: £14,989 to £17,226

Hours of work: 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time, 39 weeks
