We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as administrator on a permanent basis. This key role will administer all aspects of Hub’s training programs This is an ideal role for someone with administrative and/or customer support experience, looking for the next step in their career. If you are looking for an interesting and varied role, with development opportunities, within a successful multi-academy trust we want to hear from you!

The Opportunity

  • A great chance to work with a collaborative, strong, fun, and enthusiastic team
  • Co-ordinate training programmes for teachers and leaders
  • Represent the Hub at events across the area
  • Responsible for financial processes and records, including production of reports and chasing of debtors
  • Assist with development, design, and distribution of marketing materials across multiple mediums related to the hub


The ideal candidate

  • Hold a driving license and have regular access to a vehicle
  • Have a good educational background with evidence of CPD  
  • Have experience working in a busy environment with completing deadlines
  • Be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution focused attitude
  • Experience of administrating marketing platforms
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity
  • Keen to learn new skills and knowledge.
