Job information
Under the direction of the Primary Regional Director for Attendance, the post holder will use specialist knowledge and experience to support pupils, families and academies to ensure at least good attendance and punctuality at school.
The post holder will also work alongside senior leaders and will support academy staff in improving school attendance and reducing persistent absence, identifying (and signposting to) appropriate support services for children, young people and their families and ensuring children within the Trust are accessing their entitlement to educational provision.
The post holder will carry out roles and responsibilities in accordance with statutory guidance, legislation and Astrea Policies, procedures, and ethos.
