Job overview

We are seeking an individual who is positive and enthusiastic and wants to support our mission of transforming children's lives.

The Trust Education Welfare Officer works in partnership with academies to support children and their families, putting the child first when school attendance is a concern. You will work alongside relevant academy staff members to contribute to raising achievement by improving student attendance. The postholder will accurately maintain pupil attendance records within strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and will monitor student attendance and initiate appropriate action as required in line with Trust policies.
