Vice Principal - Prep School

The Vice Principal (Prep) is the face of the Prep School, working directly with the Principal on all matters relating to learning, pastoral management and leadership. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the School, leading and managing the staff and students.

You model and foster an open culture and inclusive atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another and focuses on learning and getting better. The Vice Principal will be an innovator, looking for opportunities to develop the School’s offering to meet the changing demands of the market. In your line management of the Director of Studies you will play a critical role in defining the academic direction of the School. You will lead in pastoral management, acting as DDSL and working with a team of Phase Leads to ensure that all students are making progress. You will play a crucial role in whole-school strategy and development and promote both the educational and commercial welfare of the School. The Vice Principal reports and is directly responsible to the Principal. From time to time you will also work, when requested, with ISP’s Regional Team.
