Working hours:

Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings 4.30pm to 8.15pm

The role also includes a Saturday shift on 9am – 2.30pm


Beaumont Leys School is a successful 11–16 school where students achieve well. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Weekend and Evenings Lettings Officer to build upon the successful community offering of the school.

The role will involve liaising with regular users, managing invoicing and organising larger special events. During the evenings the Weekend and Evenings Lettings Officer will work alongside our Premises Officer to set up community bookings, monitor the site and conduct before and after booking checks of areas being used.

We are seeking someone who has ideas about how to enhance and develop the current services as well as someone with the skillset to maintain and build upon our existing business. The successful candidate will be personable, hardworking and reliable.
